The Emptiness Week
This week, I would like to thank Steph for taking the effort to bring back KrispyKreme donuts back from Hong Kong for me!!! So nice of her. Jialin and I went for Curtin University's course preview. Now I am in a dilemma which concentration to choose. Is it Accounting and Finance which I know it's the most boring concentration in the world, or is it Finance and Marketing which is filled with Finance modules and I know the prospects can be good in the banking sector. Or is it Marketing and Advertising which is something totally new to me which I think may be interesting but I am so afraid if I go into the wrong concentration, I will be leading myself nowhere. This is something I need to think hard because it's something I will be getting which will stay with me for life.
Another thing to think about - a new job? I applied for a few positions this week and went for a job interview. If let's say I were to be employed, should I leave my current job? I know I will be getting my 13th month in Dec and my performance bonus in January, it's gonna be quite a sum of money! Headache! Headache! Headache.... Let's wait till latest Wednesday for a decision to come.
My new goal - STOP SPENDING!!!!!! Can someone help? hehe....

Feasting again - It's the crabs!
Peiting came to fetch Jialin and I from work and we drove up to Toa Payoh Melben Seafood for the crabs. I, on behalf of the group ordered food through the phone. When we reach, we were seated immediately. Approximately 15 minutes, our first dish arrived! Guess what!!! I didn't expect a simple brocolli dish to turn out to be served with abalone, mushrooms and dried scallop gravy!!! Haha, anyway, to prevent wastage, *we licked up the dish.....*
Second dish, Pork Ribs stewed in some kind of big leaf and aluminium foil... fantastic! The meat just melts in your mouth! Hmm... wondered how long they took to stew this dish.
Next - Long awaited Crab Bee Hoon!!! This is the star of the day! The soup is is is... just so nice we nearly swallowed up the whole pot. Jialin was the first to reach for the crab after souping up a bowl of bee hoon! She's the real expert in crabs! I think if there's a Crab Eating competition, she can titled the Queen of Crabs! whahaha
Jialin didn't get enough of crabs and we ordered another dish - Chilli Crab. I can say the chilli crab here is not as nice as the ones served in No Signboard Seafood. The gravy is thicker, the crab is slightly smaller. Only Jialin and I walloped up this dish because Peiting was unfortunately down with gastric problem due to a skipping her meals from the hectic day at work and maybe side effects from the 麻辣铁蛋.
Burp! Three beauties at work....
Thank you to Jialin for the pictures taken and uploaded in Photobucket.
*Folks, the licking part of the article is fake... hahahaha
Reaching for the limits
Other than Steph, the rest of us enrolled for the beginner's course where they taught us how to tie the rope and belaying. Although I took up Rock Climbing many years back and got the cert, I didn't put into use at all, forgotten everything! whahaha.... Anyway, after we got the hang of it, we started climbing from wall to wall! It was so tiring, but of course challenging! Shirley and Roy were the better climbers, Yeok was expert in belaying! We headed for some sumptous lunch at Jack's Place after the climb. Everyone was exhausted and hungry!
Here are some photos (sorry for the blurness).

Feasting - Donuts! Steak! 13 Sept 2007
Later in the evening I met up with Alex and Steph to Clementi's Botak Jones for yet another round of feasting! Haha... to satisfy my multi-cravings, I settled with a 200gm medium-rare Australian Ribeye Steak! Wahahah... although I am the last to be served, my steak tasted... tasted... FANTASTIC! Hmmm... a simple dish of $14 can make me feel like i am in heaven.. hah... Steph order was the fish and chips which we think has the most reasonable price of $6 which you can't even finish the chips! haha.... Go try it out one day if you have not.... http://www.botakjones.com
We headed off to play pool in the night and left for home near 12midnight..... another day.. haha.. *burps

Song I am listening to...
Someone stop me.....
1) Go Cineleisure watch movie (still need to pay for transport)
2) Stay at home watch TVB Drama (still need to buy dvds)
3) Stay at home surf net, learn more stuff on the net (still need to pay internet bills)
4) Stay home play msn, download music, blog (still need to pay internet bills)
5) Stay home rip all my cds into mp3s (still need to buy a hard drive to contain + lazy Flipster)
6) Exercise, go jogging, go gym (still need to pay admission to gym + lazy Flipster)
Erm, don't you find the above very boring? Haha. I need to go out! If I stay home, I tend to snack! Home = Snack = Grow Fat! No way!
Come to think of it, if I don't spend, how do i enjoy myself? If I don't spend, how do I keep myself occupied? In the end.... still need to spend... right?
Conclusion: Spend, stay out of house :P

World of opportunites on the way?
I managed to buy Ka Keung's new album "SheHe" at HMV on Saturday! Managed to get the one with the free guitar pick! Nothing special about it, but to me, it is! Because it's Ka Keung and Tom Lee Guitar Pick!! Ka Keung and Kolor, his band is going over to Kuala Lumpur for their album promotion on Saturday. I am still pondering whether to go. Some issues like booking of coach tickets, exchanging of Malaysian ringgit came to my mind.... Troublesome! Ok, I have decided to stay with my own plans.... Rock Climbing! There'll be a big group of friends going and I don't want to be missed out. I am going to forsake my Ka Keung as he disappointed me back in 2005. hahah.
Catch Ka Keung's new album "He She" in music stores near you! Visit http://www.beyondmusic.net/ for more details.

Nothing better to do
I am a crazy fan of TVB dramas as many friends do know. But recently, when I started to watch "歲月風雲", I didn't know why I couldn't concentrate on the show. My mind just wandered off elsewhere.
Maybe all these was due to what I have experienced for the past few months since April. Many things just happened to me. From all these, I need to learn to pull myself up and learn to start a new life again. I will need to learn to trust... no no no.. I will learn not to trust people that easily.
This blog will make sure I see beautiful colours in the sky and start a life afresh again!
