《黃貫中+葉世榮Beyond Next Stage Live 2008》 Continued

Wooohoooo... I just received the promotion poster from Horizon Music. Hmmm, seems like the picture of Ah Wing is extracted from his 叶子红了 album..... Ah Paul's look so hostile.... who will dare to watch this concert with such fierce face? But anyway, this promo poster should be the same as the one for Genting...... just change in the contents :(

Eason Moving on Stage 11 - Singapore

After a year of waiting..... I finally went for Eason Chan's Concert in Singapore....

Date: 26 July 2008, 8pm
Venue: Singapore Indoor Stadium

It was a fantastic experience. We managed to purchase the tickets through Jialin's friend (thank you Jialin). Though it was at the side of the stage, we were just sitting beside at the row beside the stage!!!!! Seems like we are indirectly sitting beside him.. hahaha

I was expecting Eason to sing alot of Mandarin songs, but apparently, he sang alot of Canto songs! (wooohooo)... Managed to see his family at the concert too. I suppose they came also to celebrate his birthday which falls on 27 July!

The added thing to this concert is, not only did we get to see Eason perform, his band were also great! With Joey Tang, Ah Yin and Pal Sinn... woohooo.... no words can describe! whahaha.... Edmund Leong also kena sabo-ed by Eason to come on stage to sing a verse of a song they both wrote together. Heh... Eason was simply good in cracking jokes and commenting he had to wear such uncomfortable tuxedo on the eve of his birthday.

Photos: Sigh.. it was a pity, most of my photos were blur.... so i can only put a clip for your view, 富士山下 secretly filmed. I'm just sitting beside the secruity, and was warned not to record anything during the concert.... got caught for the first vidz I did. Other photos can be seen in my facebook (lazy to post it here la)...

Peiting's Belated Birthday Sabo Celebration- 25/07/08

This event was initially planned with 2 rounds of fun:
1) Fear Factor (featuring Guinness Eggie, Berried raisins)
2) Make-over session featuring Cuiyi Brown, R.A.C., Steph Gan, Luc Uemera, Sharon Lauder and Jancome

Shirley couldn't make it last minute.... So... the only victim is PEITING!!!!

People who attended:
1) Cuiyi
2) Jialin
3) Stephanie
4) Jannie
5) Jiabi
6) Sharon
7) Peiting

Dinner: Ayam Penyet Ria at Lucky Plaza
Outcome: Cheap, good and fantastic food (i love chicken)

After-Dinner activities (1) : E2Max at Cathay Cineleisure
Outcome: Disastrous..... the Wii room i booked well in advance is not available and we had to sit inside the room with 6 people sharing 1 pc (the other one spoiled) and 2 board games untouched. Well, since there was nothing much to do, we decided to start the sabo session part one.

Part One - Cake Cutting
We first presented a birthday cake. Due to too many occasions of Peiting using the cream of the cake to spread on every other persons cake, Steph's idea was approved in presenting a..... Pandan Cake from Bengawan Solo!!!

kakaka... after the birthday cake singing, cutting and eating... we proceeded on with the sabo session!

Part Two - Fear Factor
As Peiting is a person who just eats anything, it's rather tough to think of a fear factor food for her to eat. So we decided to come up with the idea... Guinness Stout and Raw Egg mixed!!!

It was a success... she found it horrible enough to drink!

But... being sporty...Peiting gobbled up the whole content... haha
see how contented she looks. haha

Part Three - Makeover Session
We proceeded on to ktv session which was planned only very very last minute. The real fun started to come! We had our own set of makeup artistes: Luc Uemera, Jancome, Cuiyi Brown, R.A.C. , Steph Gan and Sharon Lauder.... hahah....

Before: Peiting

After: 如婷

Haha... Does it resemble....

We had so much fun that night..... More photos can be found here:

Thank you Peiting...... *niak niak niak*

Ella or Michelle?

It has been some time since I heard people tell me "Eh.. u look like Ella leh!" or "Hey, u look like the Michelle Chong hor?". Recently, I got another comment from a friend that I look like Michelle Chong. Feeling too bo liao at work, here, i upload the photos of us 3. So who do I look like exactly??? Hmmm...

I told Jialin about this and she introduced me to some Heritage website.
I tested it....

I placed Michelle and my "father" and Ella as my "mother"..... this is what I get....
Amzingly, I looked equally alike to both Ella and Michelle.....

I tried using my picture to see which other celebrities I look like... WAH LAH!!!

Strange... nothing of Michelle and Ella came out... So does this means I look and don't look like them? All yours to judge.. heheh...

Jialin Birthday in April

We gave her a surprise dinner at a teochew restaurant. The food was great, we tried cold crab... not that bad.. hehe... then we went on for ktv session! And guess what.... I accidentally dropped the birthday cake on the floor which Steph bought and the nicely written words "Happy Birthday Da Xiong" appeared on the box instead, lucky the cake wasn't that badly damaged. haha... after all the sabo to make Jialin sing, dance and eat the sabo cake (Durian) bought by Peiting! Jialin has a phobia of durians... we made her eat the whole slice of yummy durian cake to overcome her fear of durians!!! Hopefully now durians is her favourite food! heheeh

Mother's Day
Just another normal day at home.... As my father is still not in stable condition, we are not able to go out for japanese feasting session. So we decided to stay home. I order Sakae Sushi and they delivered it bad. The total damage was $50+ and the meal was fulfilling.... I give it 4 stars for delivery sushi.. hehe

Winter trip to Hong Kong

Ok.. ok... I know... I always like Hong Kong....and this is the fourth time I am there. But... difference is... this trip is purely for sightseeing! No shopping, or, more like less shopping. Heh...

This time, I visited more parts of HK Island, Yuen Long, went up to the PEAK, Ocean Park too! It's really quite an experience. So, my advice, if you guys wanna go to HK on sightsee, do it in winter season coz the weather is super cooling... no sweat! heh...

Ok, enjoy photos (beware, it's not taken in order of days)

Here comes the photos long awaited for....
